As a Master Trainer at California Total Fitness and NPC athlete, Hugo specializes in strength training, fat loss, muscle development, athletic performance, functional fitness, and long-term lifestyle transformation. His philosophy goes beyond workouts and nutrition — he focuses on sustainable habits, mental resilience, and a disciplined mindset that empowers clients to achieve lasting results.

Before entering the fitness industry, Hugo proudly served his country as a U.S. Navy Combat Medic Veteran, where he developed a deep understanding of human performance, physical readiness, injury prevention, and peak health under demanding conditions. His military background instilled discipline, accountability, leadership, and perseverance — principles that continue to shape his coaching today.
